Seems that [Shadow Shock ID - 307977](https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=307977) on PTR is being casted **18.2** times a minute, meanwhile on Retail this value on average is 12.5.

**In Conclusion the ability is being casted 32 % times more than on retail.**
