[Death Knight] [Unholy] Sudden Doom procs

Bug description: Sometimes during normal Unholy rotation when pressing Death Coil Sudden Doom procs and then disappears taking 40 runic power with it as if a normal Death Coil was used. The bug happens with 20%+ of haste gear and during Unholy Frenzy which gives additional 20% Haste for 12s. You can see the bug here. This happens at 12:50 in-game timer, and you can see I had 3 Sudden Doom procs before the bug, the proc at 12:50 happens after I cast Death Coil and during the GCD Sudden Doom proc disappears with 40 runic power.
Proof: This shouldn't happen cause according the tooltip for Sudden Doom it makes next Death Coil free. This is obviously a bug and should be fixed.
