[FIXED] [The Motherlode] Coin-Operated Crowd Pummeler

It seems that [Coin-Operated Crowd Pummeler's](https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=129214&name=coin-operated-crowd-pummeler) spell called [Shocking Claw](https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=257337&name=shocking-claw) has an incorrect cone.

I've been trying to reproduce the issue on PTR for quite some time but there was no successful outcome because it only seems to happen on live.

* Note: The issue only happens when the boss is below 30% HP.

**In both of the videos we can see that players are behind the boss whenever it's casting the cone, however, they still get hit. That's a big problem in a high key because it technically becomes an unavoidable one-shot mechanic.**
