Currently there seems to be an issue with Threat.

The Healers that are HoTS based healers are facing an issue that if the ->

**Tank** goes inside of the Obelisk and the healer has active HoTS on the tank they are not able to **Enter/Exit** the Obelisk. Therefore this is basically hindering the gameplay for majority of healers.

This issue might be somehow connected Threat reset issue for wipes / phase resets. ( There has been a previous fix on Threat resets, seems that it has been reverted with 8.3)
