Will character merges come back?

i recently started playing here and would like to continue to. I just dont know if i have it in me re-gather all the achievements and collections that i accrued playing retail in the past. Any plans to reopen migrations or did scammers ruin it for the rest of us?

Hello Goolbrau,

Migration services have been removed since the start of the BFA expansion and there are no plans right now on bringing them back. However, there is a free Level 110 boost available in-game, once per account (which is almost equivalent to a Migration char).
