[Vision of Orgrimmar] Port / RP Bug

Character name: Lussypicker / Thorrmage
Bug description: While fighting the last boss, Thorrmage died and ported her back to chambers of heart and a message was displayed collect reward, while I was still alive and killing the boss, I have managed to kill the boss while Thorrmage was ported and I also didn't get the last boss loot, Thorrmage should not TP back to the chamber unless all is dead or the boss is beaten, another bug also, when you are heading to The Valley of Spirits, and you kill the big NPC while not close to the tunnel, the RP "Role Play" does not happen, the barrier keeps up and you cannot complete the vision completely.

We have used 5 vessel of horiffic visons, and out of the 5 times, this has happened 3 times.

There's a card for Valley of Spirits issue and it's written down how to prevent it from happening until it is permanently fixed.

however for the first part of your Bugreport it is currently being looked into by the Devs be patient till the Issue is resolved.
