[REJECTED] insufficient damage

Bug description: the comment from wowhead (used in freakz db) shows that the dmg per shot should be 10% but its only dealing a little over 1.5%. so we die before dealing sufficient damage and the target resets.

From my experience you can kill the quest mob without the cannons by doing dps, because he doesn't have that much health and you can reach him with your abilities.
