[Rejected]Problem with boosted character

I boosted my rogue to 120 yesterday and i can't do war campaign because I can't see Nathanos
I also can't do quests to get Artifact weapon (Outlaw) because the npc doesn't appear for me to get the quest

Hello,

You have to complete The War Campaign before being able to see Nathanos on board of the Banshee's Weil.

Proceed to talk with him near the scouting map from The Great Seal, everything should be alright afterwards.

Regarding the Legion artifacts, you'll have to talk with an NPC in Dalaran in order to receive them since the class campaigns are not implemented.
