The quest that allowed you do choose from 4 gear items was marked obsolete by Blizzard since Cataclysm https://www.wowhead.com/quest=10164/everything-will-be-alright#comments and replaced with this one https://www.wowhead.com/quest=29595/everything-will-be-alright that doesn't give any item when you complete it.
