Character name:
Bug description: I use drain life (50 stacks) on priest, deal 36209 per tick but heal me 38374 per tick, mean it heal me ~106% damage done , it should heal 165% at 50 stack, will be 36209 * 165% = 59744
Priest ilvl 478, my ilvl is 480 (https://armory.wow-freakz.com/character/warsong/paranoia)

I think problem from pvp scaling, i put all dot on enemy in bg (including high ilvl and low ilvl player), when i deal damage on high ilvl, it work right but healing will wrong, it bound scaling healing with low ilvl even when i'm using drain life on enemy same ilvl

when deal damage on low ilvl, pvp scaling reduce damage taken on them, so healing reduce too, when deal damage on same ilvl, it heal = 165% damage done, not bound with low ilvl scaling even low ilvl got dots

Went into BGs for around 1-2 hours and wasn't able to reproduce this at all, Drain Life always healed me for around 170% of the DMG dealt with 50 ID stacks. What are your talents/traits/essences? If you could also post a few more examples but with your combat log open this time then that would help a ton.

I focus attack opiusp, he's 481 ilvl (https://armory.wow-freakz.com/character/warsong/opiusp) more than ilvl than me (mine is 480 ilvl), so i should do more than 165% healing by drain life damage when use on him, maybe 165,5% or 166%, but i count as 165%

It always bug 100% uptime for me, i use drain life while have 0 debuff reduce healing effect from war, hunter, rogue,...

After 1 game arena, i checked detail, skada addon to see my healing, both have same result. I did total 2.11M damage with drain life, but only heal total 692k, my total healing by drain life should always more than drainl life damage at final result, it's = 1/3 now. All ppl in arena have 480 481 ilvl, you can check their armory

Wasn't able to replicate this after countless hours of testing throughout the past few months, the healing was always around 160% of the damage done by Drain Life, tested it on both lower and higher ILVL players and the results were about the same. Done with 3x ID traits on a 477 ILVL Warlock.

Rejected for now, will reopen if I actually notice it occuring.
