Bug description: My class mount disappeared. I have the necessary achievements, the class hall is completed since legion and obviously I had it in BFA as well.

Please check out if your mounts are back into the collection after a server restart occurs. If the issue still persists, feel free to open a new topic or an in-game ticket.
