[DUPLICATE] [Ravendreth] forging for fragments - Mirror fragments not spawning

Bug description:

When following the quest forging for fragments you're supposed to pick up mirror fragments in 3 specific locations. Problem is, there is no mirror fragment spawning at all. The picture shows the location where you normaly pick up the fragments. After laurent showed you where you have to pick up the first item, he vanishes and shows up at the final location of the quest where you cant interact with him. I was in contact with other players who had this problem for days which is unfortunate since this is a quest you need to do for venthyr campaign.
