Can't log it to the site and game

Can you tell me why I can't log in into game and site? On forum I have changed my pass and *** you see I can log it, on site https://www.wow-freakz.com
I can't make it, even when changing my pass through the mail (have been trying several times). When I trying to log in to game with changed pass which I received to my mail, they say me "You have been disconnected BLZ51901015"...I have found my character in real list, but maybe it's frozen or what happened I don't know, help me plz.
P.S. Maybe it's cause I have verstion of WoW 8.3.7? Or it's doesn't matter?

Hello Endy,

You mentioned that you're running WoW 8.3.7. This is not going to work since the BFA realm has upgraded to Shadowlands. You will need the Shadowlands client to play.

Thank you so much for answer Skye, but it means I should download and install Shadowlands from beginning or can just replace some files?
And one more question: my hero which I have now in the patch 8.3.7 will be transfered to Shadowlands?

Yes, you will need to download Shadowlands as a fresh client, it is not possible to upgrade the BFA client.

All your existing characters will be ported with the equivalent level to Shadowlands.
