[Legion] [Return to Kharazan] Mythic mode bosses have bad scaling

Bug description: The scaling on Return to Kharazan - Mythic Difficulty is bugged, the bosses have 2 mil HP and it takes hours to kill them. I don't know if this is the case for other old exmapnsion mythics as well
The bosses have 130 mil HP and the player does not do nearly enough damage to kill them reliably
