I have tried to reproduce your issue multiple times but I am unable to face your problem. The que seemed to work nearly instantly for me.

Since you have already tried restarting, I would suggest you to: drop the quest > exit game > delete cache and attempt to proceed with your quest.
If however those solutions don't help you, use the unstuck option as well from our website. Link - https://www.wow-freakz.com/unstuck.php

I will leave the topic opened for the time being in case someone else had the same issue or you manage to solve your problem.

It seems like nobody queue for the quest so i can't get out of the starting zone
