Character name: Zaranthos
Bug description: Imps are missing from top of mailboxes so invitations can't be delivered

The NPC that sits on top of the mailboxes is missing. Can't deliver the messages to finish quest.

Came here to report the same issue..saw this here already.

I've tried relogging, cache delete etc all

One possible issue i think is that people who cant see the Stone Feinds MUST have done the World Quest here which makes you deliver the 7 missives.

Those who still have that WQ can see it. I just had someone with that WQ pending, come over and they could see the Feinds.

I had the world quest to deliver the mail when I got the other quest. I couldn't see the mailbox imps in either case. So I did the world quest thinking that might make the other quest work. It didn't. Deleting cache and relogging after the world quest was finished didn't help either.

Edit. Now today it worked and I finished it. Server restart?
