Bug description: I can't complete the "Return using the Seat of the Primus portal" part because for me the Portal doesn't appear. I've tried to delete the Cache Folder and retake the quest so many times. I even did all the World Quests or Bonus Objectives near the Area to make sure is not a "Phase" problem. Check the Proof Video so you can see clearly and also the YouTube Video to see how it should work. I realise is working for other players but for me it doesn't for some reason.

I had the same problem... but the quest completed itself after doing the quest line involving the stealing of the necropolis Zerekriss (Grand Theft Necropolis)... may be the portal to return to the seat of the primus from the necropolis was related/linked to the one in Nurakkir or something. Hope it might help you.

Da, a fost fix cum ai zis tu. Trebuia sa astept sa bage Chapter-ul asta ca sa pot face quest-ul si sa apara portalul.
