Deleted characters - can they be recovered?

Hello!

Long shot, but any way I wanted to give it a try - I played on Freakz a while back, from WotLK until MOP when I stopped and been away ever since. Long time, but now with Shadowlands I was thinking to start again.

Somehow my old characters are missing or were deleted along the way, my question is if they can be recovered somehow?

I'm mainly interested in my main Enha Shamy Troll - Defiance...i can offer more details if needed, provide screenshots, proof etc.

Hello,

Unfortunately characters which were created before Legion (MoP and prior to that) got erased without any possibility of recovering them.

You had to manually port them to that expansion, this process being automated only with the start of Battle for Azeroth and onwards.

Yea i remember something about this now that you mentioned it, too bad i didn't think twice that i might wanna comeback some day...

have been looking for where I can request the character back.but can not find it any links or tips?

You have to make a restoration request straight from your characters list.
