[Engineering]Impossible to switch specializations

Bug description: Specialization quests are not repeatable, instead they are a 1 time only type of quest. If you get gnomish for example, you can abandon it and change to goblin (and vice versa). But if you abandon goblin wanting to change back to gnomish, you can't cause there's no quest. I've posted this when the server was legion and bfa. The purpose of this post now is so that people have tangible evidence when they mention on discord the fact that bug reports on forum stay here years without being fixed. bye
