Arena deserter without a queue pop

Bug description: The arena queue sometimes gets bugged and I get deserter and lose rating without a queue pop. Happened to me about 5-6 times in the past 3 days. This last time I was in group queue, my partner went off and I got deserter instantly and lost rating, again without a queue pop. I lost a total of over 100 rating just from this. I also sometimes ended up in unbalanced arenas, either 1v2 or 1v1 so I assume more people must get this issue.
