Bug description: [Shaman][Elemental] Earthquake
Earthquake never hits critical strikes. No matter the scenario, it won't crit.

As you can see in this screenshot, out of 223 casts and 788 hits, there were 0 critical hits. Buffed or un-buffed, it never crits.
I hope you will fix this bug ASAP.

Fixed, probably was some generic issue Proof.
