I tried flying and dropping for the past 20mins. When I finally reached the top... I cannot turn in the friggin quest!

The quest works and has been completed by other players.
Please try to go ahead (where the yellow dot it appears on the map) and try to watch a video on yt.

You linked a wrong quest name ,instead of https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=60858&&name=flight-school-up-and-away.
