Bug description: i cant obtain any artifact weapon for any of my new shadowlands characters at any level.
no npc to give me the artifact and i cant start the legion dalaran quest line to get the artifact
so i cant have any artifact apperance for my character

Hello, the NPC which used to give you the artifact appearances it's not available at the moment so none of appearances can be obtain. Sorry for the inconvenience !
