Bug description: In other specialization (Guardian, Feral, and Restoration), Druid which using Balance Affinity talent should get Eclipse buff after casting 2 Wrath/Starfire. Eclipse buff generated in other specialization would have a lesser version of Eclipse buff in Balance Spec.
