Bug description: Mind Blast of all priest specializations has unusual cooldown of 15 seconds, not the cooldown stated on the tooltip and unaffected by haste.
The proc Darkthought and the effect of bonus charge of mind blast from Voidform can no longer bypass this buggy cooldown.
This bug occurred after the server restart at 7:00 yesterday

1. The tooltip of mind blast for Shadow Specialization, with character haste of 1116 (33.44%)
2. The actual cooldown, conflicted obviously with the tooltip
3. A Dark Thoughts proc while Mind Blast is not on CD
4. Dark Thought proc consumed during channeling mind flay. The 2nd charge of mind blast should be able to cast immediately. Instead, a buggy 15 sec cd.
5. Make Mind Blast off cooldown before entering Voidform.
6. Voidform activated by Void Eruption. 2nd charge of mind blast gained and can be seen on the action bar. however, a CD of 15 occurs
7. The buff description of voidform. Mind blast has 1 charge remaining but still, be unable to cast.
8. The tooltip of mind blast for Discipline Specialization, with character haste of 1116 (33.44%)
9. The actual cooldown, conflicted obviously with the tooltip[/list]

dont worry guys ,gm told me that they are aware and dev team working on a fix..we just have to wait for a bit.
