Description of the bug
----------------
Currently if you use the guardian of forgotten queen and have a hostile target selected the angel doesn't cast the divine shield on the paladin himself.

How to reproduce
----------------
Pull a set of add in open world and use guardian of forgotten queen and you will notice the angel just standing there afk, until you have no target or you select yourself for a sec.

How it should be
----------------
When you use guardian of forgotten queen while having a hostile target selected, the angel should cast the divine shield on the paladin himself.
