[High Priest's Mythos](https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=313893&name=high-priest-s-mythos) and any other similar spell that grants an extra talent would cause the main talent affected to reset and technically doesn't grant a new one if you already had it specc'd.

Edit1: In addition to this, once you leave Torghast your Talents are defaulted to the Extra once you selected inside of Torghast.
