Bug description: The quest chain for obtaining a class artifact does not work
Proof: When visiting Dalaran on the Broken Isles, an NPC should run up and give the initial quest to get a class artifact. But when you click on the NPC, there is no quest, and it is not possible to start the chain. Help please.

Known issue. The questlines for the legion artifacts are not scripted. The only way to obtain the artifacts is by the custom NPC near the entrance to Legion Dalaran. Sadly the NPC currently doesn't work. Please have patience until its fixed.
