[Infinitely Divisible Ooze] Trinket not working

Character name: Sociopathic, Kalder

Bug description:

The [Infinitely Divisible Ooze] trinket doesn't seem to work after upgrading. I (Sociopathic) have the trinket on ilvl 207 and never upgraded, works just fine for me. Kalder on the other hand got it from myself as ilvl 197 which he then upgraded to level 10 (213ilvl) and now it just doesn't work for him properly and the ooze attacks clearly miss the target. He tried unequipping, dying, relogging and clearing cache but nothing worked

Kalder got the trinket again, ilvl 197 this time, and didn't upgrade it or got it traded. It still doesn't work. Seems like it isn't upgrading that causes it like him and I thought initially, it just doesn't seem to work at all for some people.
