Bug description: Phial of Ravenous Slime not rewarded
Proof:

As you see on photos looting here 'empty plague bottle' and fill it at 'Vat of Conspicious Slime' shoulde reward toy "Phial of Ravenous Slime"

But nothing happens, it's been bugged since launch.
