Can't get Exalted in The Lorewalkers

Character name: Draxana
Bug description: So, I wanted to get Exalted in The Lorewalkers and started to pick up all scrolls and spent 2 HOURS in Pandaria for achivements that give quests to Lorewalker Cho and completing all of them should give enough rep to get Exalted. I made all achivements completed but I don't have enough rep for exalted. Also there's still quest in my bag which I completed but I can't do anything with it because it says " You are already on that quest". I think I did everything right because I check it on rep guide.
