WoW Freakz link: Lost in the Floods
Character name: Razmatazz
Bug description: Despite my standing on the highest part of the Razor Hill Watchtower, the cinematics do not play, and the quest does not progress, when I attempt to activate Thonk's Spyglass. Red text appears across the upper middle of the screen which reads "Requires top of Razor Hill Watchtower".
