[FIXED] [SoD] [Eye of the Jailer] Stygian Abductor spawns in intermission

**Description of the issue:**
Stygian Abductors spawn and land in between intermission so you have to tank both him and the 2 Deathseeker Eyes.

**How it should work**
Stygian Abductors will periodically spawn and fly around near the boss but he should never land in intermission phase this make the fight harder since tanks need to swap aggro on the Abductor while keeping both Deathseeker Eyes distant to avoid a wipe
