Shadowlands: Eternal Travelers

This game mode features mechanics from many past and present types of content, offering players a largely scaling challenge in 5-player custom dungeons.

The event will last for the entire expansion and will receive updates every season.

Please keep in mind that this is just the first revision of the Eternal Travelers event on Shadowlands, thus only one new dungeon is currently available with only 5/10 levels.

Higher levels, an increase in rewards and another new dungeon, will become available after we make sure that the foundation of this mode is fun and doesn't have critical issues.

Overview:

• Release date: June 1, 2022
  
  
• Requires max level as well as a minimum item level. (180+)
  
  
• Speak to No'ah in the Broker's Den, Oribos - he will guide you to the Eternal Travelers HUB.
  
  
• A composition of 1x Tank, 1x Healer, 3x DPS is mandatory.
  
  
• Every dungeon has 10 difficulty levels, they are accessible through the "specific dungeons" interface.
  
  
  • [Level 1] - [Level 2] - [Level 3] - [Level 4] - [Level 5]
    
    
  • [Level 6] - [Level 7] - [Level 8] - [Level 9] - [Level 10]
    
    Each level is considered to be 3 times harder than the same level of a mythic plus keystone.
  
  
• Leaving the instance will remove you from the group.
  
  
• Completing a dungeon has a chance to reward you different echoes that can be exchanged for various rewards at the brokers from Tazavesh Customs Enforcement. The echoes have a weekly cap of 10.
  
  
• Defeating an enemy has a chance to summon an Eternal Anima Cell, allowing every player to pick a generic anima power.
  
  
• The difficulty of the instance, the amount of rewards and their chance doubles with each level.

Rewards:

• 241 ilvl Equipment and Tertiary Upgrades: can be bought with Echoes of Time.
  
  
• Korthian account-wide catch-up gear (200 ilvl): can be bought with Echoes of Time.
  
  
• Epic Collectibles (mounts, ensembles, core heritage armor): can be bought with Echoes of Reality.
  
  
• Various Currencies (Valor, Resorvoir Anima, Soul Ash, Stygia, Conduit Energy, Echo of Time, Echo of Reality, Gold): are awarded at the end of a dungeon.
  
  
• Time Chests (Island Expeditions transmog items, Pocket Portals and more Anima): can be found within hidden treasures.

  • Anima Wyrmling - Complete any dungeon at level 2 or higher.
    
    
  • Eternal Traveler's Hearthstone - Complete any dungeon at level 4 or higher.
    
    
  • Eternal Illusion: Wraithchill - Complete any dungeon at level 6 or higher.
    
    
  • Ensemble: Vestments of the Eternal Traveler - Complete any dungeon at level 8 or higher.
    
    
  • Ensorcelled Everwyrm - Complete any dungeon at level 10.

Zone Mechanics

• Azerite Energy is present throught the instance, absorbing it will make your corpse burst upon death. If an ally touches your holy energy, everyone will be invigorated, increasing damage dealt by 30% and maximum health by 20% for 30 seconds.
  
  
• Every minute, you can expand the relative time, increasing casting, movement, and attack speed by 30% as well as decreasing cooldowns by 30%. Periodic Effects occur 30% faster for you.
