Conduit Lost and No Companion in Command Table

Dear Freakz,

Character Name: Mbah (60 Druid)

I just login yesterday and i found that my conduit are gone and empty and also no companion in command table..
I already submit ticket and GM Connover asked proof of conduit i have so i DM discord him to show the empty conduit and no companion..
I dont have any screenshot for my conduit.. But i have been playin for months, there should be a game log for items that i gained in the dungeon or raid.. even the ilvl 145 conduit that i got the first time from completing campaign quest is not there..
This is the first time i got a game problem since legion..

Please help to solve this problem

All fixed.. I got all conduit back and companion back..
