rated bg lows

Can u do something with rated bgs? I keep losing because i am 24/7 in team with fresh 60lvl with 20k hp.
Before i had 5k bgs played with 75% win, now i can`t win 2 bgs in row because of noobs who join to GEAR UP on RATED.
Make minimal ilvl 200 to join rated. Everything have minimal ilvl - even stupid rhc, but not rated bg.

is easy ! , the people two guild they aggred and turn for mamuting ! in 10c10 look the accounts and name !
