Bug description: you are queued in to many instances

Trying to do Campaigne Quest: Search for Baine
I keep on getting a error message, saying: "you are queued for to many instances.

I have Logged in, Logged out, abandon and retake quest, I have cleared my cache.

Multiple tickets was made....

I think a GM even tried clearing my server cache... No luck, still getting the same message.

I cannot complete my Campaigne.... Please help.....
