Bug description: When you use the totem it only makes three or Four hits. and when you use it again to relocate he goes on harmlessly not work and dont deal damage after he did 3 hits.

The spell works as intended. As the tooltip says, your next 3 damage spells or abilities will cause the totem to radiate, and your next 3 healing spells will heal up to 6 allies near the totem. Recasting the spell will only relocate the totem, not refresh the stacks of damage or healing.
