[Demon Hunter][Havoc] Rain from Above HUD not showing

Character name: Swush
Bug description: While in Battle Grounds/Arenas/Generally in combat with other players, when you use the PVP talent Rain from Above the HUD (heads-up display/actions bar) of the RFB skill doesn't show up, the entire screen remains empty. We all know how any character when it interacts with let's say tanks/golems/canons/ride on back of controlable entities in game, etc., the character action bars slowly roll out of the screen, and a new action bar with the available skills roll up.
For the DH is somehow similar but it doesn't work. You're in the middle of the Battle Ground/Arena/Duel, you use the Rain from Above skill, all action bars roll out, you go up in the sky but the RFB action bar doesn't appear, so you start descending being unable to cast the single spell that should be avaialbe ( Fel Lance ).
Later edit: Also after you land and the character standard action bars come back up, you're unable to see the cooldowns nor keybinds.
