[Hunter][Marksman] Dismiss Pet vs Active Pet not preserving value for BG respawn

Steps to reproduce bug:
(1) use Dismiss Pet in BG or enter BG with pet dismissed
(2) die
(3) respawn at spirit healer
(4) pet is active when player is respawned

This automatic "Call Pet" behavior enforced at spirit healer revive makes Marksman spec, especially for Lone Wolf passive (https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=155228&&name=lone-wolf), very irritating and frustrating to deal with.

Expected behavior: If the player didn't have an active pet before death, upon respawn, there shouldn't be an active pet spawned along with the player.
