[Hunter][BM][MM][SV] Camouflage talent not applied when switching Specialization

Steps to reproduce bug:
(1) Skill into Tier 3 talent - Camouflage on any BM/MM/SV spec - this will be Specialization 1
(2) Switch to any other Specialization (now this is Specialization 2)
(3) Switch back to initial Specialization 1 which has Tier 3 talent set to Camouflage
(4) Now Camouflage appears as a selected talent in Talents tab, but it doesn't appear in Spellbook and also disappears from Spellbar

Only when Tier 3 talent is switched from [Camouflage] to [Trailblazer] or [Natural Mending] then select talent back to [Camouflage] it will appear into Spellbook.

Expected behavior: If the Specialization that is being activated originally had Tier 3 talent selected to Camouflage, it should be added to player Spellbook and also preserve any spellbar configuration for that talent.
