Bug description: Wildfire Cluster Runecarving Power doesn't do damage / doesn't proc at all when Wildfire Bomb hits target.

Note:
(1) I've tested with and without Wildfire Infusion Tier 7 talent. The result is the same, runecarving power doesn't work.
