Grove invigoration doesn't give stacks to warrior when ancient aftershock is used

Bug description: ancient aftershock should give 12 stacks of Grove invigoration but gives 0 .

Same goes to Soul Rot since last update.

Once again,at the time of writing, Soul Rot doesn't give Grove Invigoration stacks (can't confirm for other classes' covenant abilities).
