[FIXED] [Monk][Brewmaster] Stagger

Stagger was applied twice consecutively, greatly diminishing all incoming damage to the monk.
The DoT part of the stagger had some inacurate calculations causing it to be weaker than intended.
The stagger shown as absorb in damage logs was only one of the two applications of stagger.

Now it is correctly applied only once, which shows in the damage logs. And the sum of all DoT damage equals the amount of damage staggered by the monk.
