I have some bug with two ques.
First quest: REVENDRETH SHARDS OF THE COUNTESS
Second quest : REVENDRETH COLLECTING DUST

NPC is not comming to finish my quest.

3 shards and the quest do not complet, no NPC , and do not appers the bell, and i have more than 3 shards on my backpack
