**How should it work:**

- It should only proc on your main target.
- It should proc on a target only once per combat session.

**How is it working right now:**

If 2 or more targets are kept in a combat session, the moment you switch back and forth with the 'first hit' the debuff comes back - it should not, as that is intended only once per combat.

It can proc in aoe situations - not intended ( limit is 1, and it applies to main target )
