Description of the bug:

The shades take extra damage because of the stacking debuff [Destabilize]

With the [Psychic Link] talent, you reproduce 60% of the damage you deal
To the shades on Altimor and Barghast, and due to the fact that the shades
are taking extra damage, you are dealing 60% of a powered
[mind blast] to Altimor.

How to reproduce:

The bug is quite simple, and really easy to reproduce; it consists on using [Psychic Link] on Altimor and casting [mind blast] on the shades of Barghast with your [vampiric touch] on Altimor and Barghast.
