[FIXED] [SoD][The Eye][Mythic] Scorned Annihilation

**How its currently working **
When people with opposite debuff come together, they explode after 3-5 seconds of delay. Players Do not take any damage from it, therefore all trash that is alive takes the damage and is being pulled to the Boss.

Also the debuff has an visual bug for each different side. Players on the side of the Scorn debuff sometimes show the other debuff Ire instead.
On the video you can see Haegllock on the Oppsite side. Fighting the other Mob while carrying the same Debuff as the person recording.

**How it should work **
People on left side having Ire debuff on right Scorn.
When 2 opposite debuffs come close to each other they instantly explode and take damage which should deal damage to other players in the raid aswell without touching any trash/ boss adds.
