Spell issues
----------------
https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=270481 (wowhead link) has baseline 15 casts always and it doesnt change with haste (should be 10 casts baseline and scaled up depending on the haste)

Theres no cast bar present from https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=270481 (wowhead link) he instacasts the spell
