[Death Knight][Unholy] Raise Abomination

Bug description: Raise Abomination does not summon "Magus of the Dead" as it did last patch. Also "Magus of the Dead" does ~490 dmg per frostbolt, when it was doing ~1200 last patch, I think the scaling is off, as my stats went up.

Hello, is there any reason why this hasn't been looked at? These are TWO Core DK talent (LVL50) and PVP talent. It is very frustrating to donate for gear upgrades only to see core abilities not function how they should.
